FOUR WELL APPOINTED BEDROOMS
Yarradene sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs. Each room is stylishly furnished and individual in character.

RATES
Nightly rates at Yarradene are as follows:
Friday – Saturday: AUD $1175.00 per night
Sunday – Thursday AUD 975.00 per night
Minimum 2 night stay.
BOOKINGS
All bookings made directly with the property are secured with a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bank Transfer. Please note we do not accept Diners Club and American Express.
Any bookings made through a third party ie AirBnB, Stayz, their Terms and Conditions also apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 30 days notice of scheduled arrival date the booking deposit is refundable or transferable.
7-29 days notice of scheduled arrival time we will refund your holding deposit minus a AUD50.00 administration fee
Less than 7 days notice of scheduled arrival, full tariff applies
Failure to arrive or cancellation after arrival, full tariff applies

OCCUPANCY
Yarradene can accommodate up to 10 people with 4 Queen, 1 King and 2 Rollaway single beds. The inclusion of the rollaway beds includes an additional linen charge of AUD 35.00 per bed.
No additional people are allowed onto the property without prior consent of Yarradene.
Children must be supervised at all times. In particular around the three unfenced dams.
Guests are also requested not to enter the crop area for bio-security reasons, nor the animal paddock areas unless accompanied by farm staff. The animals are fed at 4pm each day and guests are welcome to participate.
There are no parties allowed on the property.
WEDDING ACCOMMODATION
For direct bookings with Yarradene for your wedding accommodation, please kindly call the property as a courtesy so we are aware. We require notification of any third party suppliers that are not included in the reservation, to report to Property Manager or Hosts so we can check validity of their Certificate of Currency (Legal Liability Insurance). This includes but not limited to, hair and make-up artists, photographers, florists, car hire operators etc
Around the property
No Pets allowed on the property due to the wildlife
The property has 3 dams including one that is 4 metres deep. There is no fencing around these dams and it is the responsibility of the guests to ensure their own safety.
We have some livestock on the property and as such guests are NOT permitted to enter the paddocks. The animals are fed at 4.00pm each day and guests are welcome to participate.
The wildflower crop is fenced off and guests are not permitted to enter this area unless under the supervision of the owners/managers. Please contact the owners if you would like a tour of the wildflower farm
There are a number of bee hives on the property. As a rule bees are not aggressive, but please do not touch the hives unless on a supervised bee tour. Please contact the owners if you would like a tour. (Costs applicable)
